Premier! “Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game Duel Monsters” English Edition for Asia Present at Indonesia Comic Con 2023

Konami Digital Entertainment Limited has announced that it will showcase the “Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters Official Card Game” English edition for Asia at the upcoming Indonesia Comic Con in November 2023. This will be the first time the English edition will be displayed for several cards and packs, which are set to be released in seven regions in Asia.

In addition to the exhibition, there will be casual tournament events called the “Yu-Gi-Oh! Campus League 2023” and tutorial classes for beginners featuring the English Edition for Asia’s “Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG Duel Monsters SPEED START DECK: LINK EDITION” and “Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG Duel Monsters SPEED START DECK: SYNCHRO EDITION”. Visitors to the booth will have the opportunity to participate in these events and receive special gifts.

Apart from the physical card game, the digital game “Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Masters” will also be showcased at the event for the first time. Visitors can enjoy a tutorial to learn the basic rules of the Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG, delve into the story behind the visuals and card themes, and battle with players from around the world online.

Exclusive exhibition cards and product packages will be available at the event. The cards include the “Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters Official Card Game STRUCTURE DECK RISE OF THE BLUE-EYES” and the “Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters Official Card Game DARK MAGICIANS ILLUSION DECK STRUCTURE”. These products feature powerful cards related to the upcoming set “DUELIST NEXUS” and will be released in November 2023.

For beginners and those unfamiliar with the game, on-site staff will provide guidance on the basics and how to play the Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG. Tutorial classes will be held on both days of the event, and participants will receive a set of Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG English Edition for Asia after completing the tutorial.

There will also be duel matches involving eight participants, with the chance to win special prizes. Participants who purchase a 5-pack of Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG from the sales point in the booth will be eligible to participate in these matches.

To stay updated on the latest events and offerings, visitors are encouraged to follow the official Facebook account of Yu-Gi-Oh! Asia and try the “Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Masters” game at the booth. By doing so, visitors will receive a special headband as a giveaway.
