Kaesang Supports Gibran’s Pairing with Prabowo

Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) leader Kaesang Pangarep paid a visit to the culinary tourist attraction Kerkhof Garut in West Java on Sunday (8/10/2023). As the youngest son of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi), Kaesang also addressed the news about his brother, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, who is proposed as the vice presidential candidate alongside Prabowo Subianto.

“We will have to wait for the Constitutional Court’s decision regarding the age issue in the presidential nomination. I support Gibran so that he can be paired with Mr. Prabowo,” Kaesang stated.

In addition to this, Kaesang also responded to President Jokowi’s statement regarding the need for leaders with high courage in Indonesia. His response simply conveyed his approval, saying “Great.”
