LinkedIn is introducing new generative AI tools in its Recruiter and Learning Hub to assist talent acquisition leaders in finding qualified candidates quickly. These AI tools leverage insights from LinkedIn’s extensive database of professionals, companies, and skills to provide recruiters with high-quality candidate recommendations. The new Recruiter 2024 experience allows recruiters to use natural language search prompts to specify the type of candidate they are looking for, while the LinkedIn Learning AI-powered mentoring feature offers real-time advice in in-demand skills such as leadership and management. The AI-powered coaching experience is currently available in English and will be expanded to more markets in the future. LinkedIn also has measures in place to detect and remove fake profiles and job scams.
